"Samudra Resto & Cafe Tasikmalaya, merupakan salah satu dari sedikit rumah makan yang menyajikan menu seafood di Kota Tasikmalaya. Lokasinya strategis ga jauh dari pusat kota, dengan aksesibilitas yang mudah dicapai dari berbagai arah. Alamat Jln. Tentara Pelajar no. 98, Kelurahan Empangsari, Tasikmalaya. Masakannya sea foodnya enak2, nasi & teh disajikan dalam mangkuk kecil. Ruang makan ada di Lantai 1 (indoor), dan di Lantai 2 (out door & dua ruang private in door). Terdapat toilet & musholla kecil di Lantai 2. Kunjungan terakhir, hari rabu 1 Muharam 1445 (19.07.2023)"
